Birchmount Bluffs Neighbourhood Centre's (BBNC) listing of its Active and Able winter session programs are offered to persons with disabilities and health barriers. The centre advances the right of people with disabilities to full participation in community based wellness, social and capacity building activities. Programs begin the week of January 4th and include a broad range of accessible wellness, fitness, social and youth programs, as well as community development, workshops, information, and advocacy services.
